UNOFFICIAL RETURN POLICY

(Applies to U.S. orders only)

We understand that shopping online can be frustrating (especially when needing to select shoe sizes for kids). But we want you to have the best online shopping experience and to feel confident in purchasing from our online store.

As you know, returns and exchanges can be expensive for small businesses like us. But by using our Sizing Guide, it helps to reduce the number of returns. So we developed this Unofficial Return Policy:

If you use the Sizing Guide to measure your child's foot, and the shoe does not fit, we will pay for return shipping and send you a new pair. If you don't use the sizing guide, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Of course this is on the honor system:) We are just hoping to encourage you to use the Sizing Guide. All other return details can be found in our Official Return Policy below.

OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY

We understand that a purchase does not always work out. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges that are unworn, without any wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase. At this time we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 2 weeks. You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased.

USA ORDERS

If a different size/color is needed in a product, follow the instructions below. You can exchange for item(s) of the same or lesser value. For items of greater value or to purchase additional item(s), please create a new order. We will pay for shipping out the exchanged item to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders may be returned for a refund for the cost of the item purchased. If another size is needed, please place a NEW order. The items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging.

DEFECTIVES

If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with a photo to support@splayathletics.com. Defectives returned within 30 days of the original purchase date may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defectives received after 30 days may only be exchanged for a new product of the same value, or store credit.
